StoreBuilt ("we") handles personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles. This policy explains what we collect through www.storebuilt.com.au and how we use it.
What we collect
- Details you give us in the start form or contact form: your name, business name, email, phone, website and information about what you sell.
- Content you send for your store build, such as product details, images and logos.
- If you accept analytics cookies, information about how you use this website (pages visited, device type, approximate location) collected by Google Analytics and Meta.
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry, quote and deliver your store build, process payment, and improve this website. We don't sell your personal information.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe on its own secure checkout page. We never see or store your full card details.
Who we share it with
Service providers who help us run the business, such as our website host, database provider, email provider, payment processor and analytics providers. Some of these providers store data outside Australia. We only share what's needed for them to provide their service.
Cookies
Analytics and advertising cookies only load if you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice by clearing this site's data in your browser.
Access and correction
You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@storebuilt.com.au.

If you have a concern about how we've handled your information, email us first. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
