Shopify store build FAQ

Yes. The Launch Store package starts at $199 and covers everything in the package list: store setup, theme configuration, up to 20 products, payments, shipping, basic pages, essential SEO setup and two revision rounds. If you want something outside that list, we quote it separately before any work starts, so there are no surprise invoices.

Yes. Wherever practical we open the Shopify account in your name and with your email address, so you hold the login, the billing relationship with Shopify and the store itself from day one. If you already have a Shopify account, we work inside it as a staff or collaborator account and you keep full control.

No. The $199 covers our build work. Shopify's monthly plan fee, transaction and payment-processing fees, your domain name, any premium theme and any paid apps are paid by you directly to those providers. We'll tell you up front if your store needs anything paid, and we use Shopify's free themes and free apps wherever they do the job.

Up to 20 products, including their variants (sizes, colours and so on), images, prices, descriptions you supply and collections. A product with several variants still counts as one product.

Yes. Tell us roughly how many products you have in the start form and we'll quote the extra catalogue work separately. Larger catalogues are often fastest as a spreadsheet import, which we can set up for you.

Our target for a standard Launch Store build is under three weeks, counted from when we have everything we need: your products, images, logo, business details and access. Builds go faster when content arrives complete, and we'll tell you straight away if anything is missing.

Two revision rounds are included. In each round you send us one consolidated list of changes, and we make them. Changes that add new scope (for example, extra pages or more products) are quoted separately.

Yes. Every store is set up on a responsive Shopify theme, and we test the browsing and checkout flow on mobile before handing it over. Most online shoppers buy on their phones, so this is part of every build, not an extra.

Every build includes essential SEO setup: page titles and descriptions, product metadata, image alt text, clean collection structure and a Google-friendly site layout. Ongoing SEO work, such as keyword research, content and optimising collections over time, is a separate service.

Photography isn't included in the $199 package. Send us the photos you have and we'll crop, resize and optimise them so they load quickly and look consistent. If you need new product photos taken, mention it in the start form and we'll tell you what we can arrange.

Yes. If your store already exists but looks dated, converts poorly or is hard to manage, we can redesign it. Redesigns are quoted after we've looked at the store, because every existing store starts from a different place.

Your product list (names, prices, variants), product photos, a logo if you have one, your business name and contact details, and your shipping approach. If something isn't ready yet, start the form anyway and tell us; we'll help you work out what's needed.
