What we'll ask you for
The sooner this arrives, the sooner your store goes live. Missing something? Start anyway and tell us.
- Your products
- Names, prices, variants and descriptions. A spreadsheet is ideal.
- Product photos
- The originals, not screenshots. We'll crop and size them.
- Your logo
- PNG or SVG. No logo yet? We can start with a clean text logo.
- Business details
- Business name, ABN and contact details for Shopify and your policies.
- Shipping approach
- Flat rate, free over a threshold, or by weight. Simple is fine.
- Store access
- We help you open the Shopify account in your name, or join yours as a collaborator.
How revisions work
When your store is ready, we send you a preview link. Look through it on your phone and your computer, then send us one list with everything you'd like changed. That's round one.
We make the changes and send it back. If anything else needs adjusting, send a second list. That's round two.
Once you approve, we connect your domain, switch on payments and the store goes live. You get handover notes explaining where everything lives.

Do I own the store?
Yes. Wherever practical we open the Shopify account in your name and with your email address, so you hold the login, the billing relationship with Shopify and the store itself from day one. If you already have a Shopify account, we work inside it as a staff or collaborator account and you keep full control.
How long does it take?
Our target for a standard Launch Store build is under three weeks, counted from when we have everything we need: your products, images, logo, business details and access. Builds go faster when content arrives complete, and we'll tell you straight away if anything is missing.
Are revisions included?
Two revision rounds are included. In each round you send us one consolidated list of changes, and we make them. Changes that add new scope (for example, extra pages or more products) are quoted separately.
What do I need to get started?
Your product list (names, prices, variants), product photos, a logo if you have one, your business name and contact details, and your shipping approach. If something isn't ready yet, start the form anyway and tell us; we'll help you work out what's needed.
